I'm in no way surprised by the other negative 1 star reviews. I'm actually scared that such people are running a business. The agent didn't even show up to the house viewing we booked. I even called two hours ahead of time to confirm it was still on at the same time! What kind of joke is this?! Waited 20 mins, called their office. Said they would call back soon when they figure out what's going on. 40 mins pass by, no one called. I had to chase them up about it. Talked to someone else, they have no idea where or what their colleagues are up to. Then they try to tell me the appointment was actually 30 mins earlier than it was "booked"... nice try shifting the blame onto me. Their office is a 5 minute walk from the property!! Yet they made no effort to rectify this mistake they made. Three different people, not a single apology. Said they would call back later the same day when they could arrange another viewing. Can you guess what happened? THEY NEVER CALLED. What a surprise. Thank you so much for wasting 3 hours of my afternoon! I thought that maybe I was just unlucky.. then I saw the other reviews. Seems like this is a recurring issue! Good job! (sarcasm).
