I dealt virtually solely vwith Felicity Baker during my purchase who was brilliant . Without her the transaction would have taken much longer ,in fact I probably would have pulled out due to the sellers using countrywide conveyancing who are absolutely terrifible. I would advise anyone thinking of using countrywide or getting involved in a chain involving them to read their review's first . If Mann didn't recommend them I would have given them 5:stars based on my experience dealing with Felicity .My solicitor even sang her praises .PositiveProfessionalism
