Firstly, we had other estate agents involved who did not promote our house successfully. Webbs took loads of great photos and advertised us, and almost straight after listing our home, they found our buyer. It took a long time to complete, but you cannot control house chains, and the bottom of ours kept falling through. We were happy to stay in our home, as we couldn't find another house we liked. Thankfully, our buyer was committed, and after some involvement with Webbs, they managed to sell their property too, which moved things along very quickly. We were assigned a member of the team, who looked after us throughout. She phoned us nearly every week to check in and kept us fully informed. This made the process so much easier.
