Delt with Luke at Belvoir Cannock branch and Robert at Wolves branch, very good,efficient, helpful, and quick to sort things out and explain how it all works, also always able to get in touch with them if any problems, would highly recommend getting in touch with Luke if you're thinking of renting out a property

I have recently moved into a 1 bedroom flat via belvoir sales and the Expericance with the staff are amazing , they was more than happy to help me with what ever I needed! If I had any questions they would be there straight away to help me with them. I moved in with flying colours and there was no problem at all! The gentleman named Will was perfect he shown me around the flat before I moved in with a very polite attitude, he did everything for me that needed doing . This was a great expericance and I will be using these if I ever move again. I highly recommend going through this company!!!!

My partner and I tried to sell our house via a different main Cannock agent, the we accepted offers on the property numerous times, but the agent did very little to progress the sales. They never progressed any of the accepted offers to survey, keeping us waiting for weeks with the house off the market. The sales fell through 4 times over the course of 6 months, with the property barely being on the market during that time. We switched to Belvoir, and wow, what a difference! Within a week we had 3 offers of asking price, and progressed to best and final offers. We accepted an offer over the asking price, and that sale progressed to completion. We were kept regularly updated, with e-mail updates on a near daily basis towards the end. I would highly recommend the sales team at Belvoir!

Very friendly staff and delivered excellent service from Luke, Will and Shania. Very committed to getting our property sold in less than 41 days, which they achieved. We were called every week with an update on what stages we were at on the sale of our property.

Belvoir were great at keeping me up to date on how things were moving forward. Staff always polite, professional, always coming back if asked a question. I notice that blue card staff have discounts, I am ex military and have a veterans card, it would be nice for us to have recognition along with blue card members.
