Although we didn't use Belvoir to sell our house (only purchase our new one), we really wish we had have done! The staff at Belvoir, especially Heidi and Lewis, were phenomenal! They were so friendly and really couldn't have done enough for you. We relied on them more than we did our own estate agents because they were always on the ball and able to give us updates and chase solicitors etc. Would 100% recommend!

From the very first visit to give an initial valuation I was impressed. I felt at ease and confident they would do a good job. Everything was done efficiently and sensitively as it was my mum's family home. I would certainly recommend them their valuation was fair fees very very competitive and communication was excellent. All that's left for me to say is thank you for selling mums house so quickly.
