Extreme snow weather did not stop your staff - Will, in your team went above and beyond to ensure that I and my business partner could view a property in Hednesford. We were booked to view and around 4pm after a disastrous journey from Birmingham back to my home in bondway, I called Will to cancel. He suggested he would pick us up from the bottom of my road. I tried to get him to rethink saying how bad the roads were ... but he was professional and calm saying 'it's not a problem' We viewed the property on time at 6pm and I wanted to let you know what a dedicated guy you have in your team. I am very impressed.
