If I could leave a zero review then I would, absolutely disgusting experience with Penny Watson who is at the cannock office. Penny has sent emails to my daughter trying to state she is still liable for all bills at her previous address until a new tenant takes over! She also stated that my daughter can not have her deposit back until a new tenant takes over! She said my daughter was liable for damage to the door of the property because she knew the name of the person that did the damage yet my daughter was away on holiday at the time of the incident! The woman has no knowledge of the job she is doing, she has no knowledge of the lettings law! Please avoid using this company for private lettings at all costs!! On the plus side the chaps at the wednesbury office are very polite and helpful 👍
