I can not recommend Belvoir enough. We had been on the market for 7 months with another agent and had one sale fall through due to our Buyer not actually having the funding in place we only found this out 3 months into the process and had to collapse an entire chain. We decided to try another agent and went with Belvoir after seeing some reviews online the sales team right from the start were brilliant, particular shout out to the incredible Katy Nicholls and Lewis who secured us the best offer from a serious buyer even offering their professional advice when we received more than one offer as to who was the best buyer to go with. Once we agreed a deal we were handed over to the incredible Heidi in after sales. Heidi really is a credit to Belvoir, we had buyers who hadn’t much experience and needed a lot of encouragement to get the sale to go through. Communication to me was excellent and I am someone who needs a lot of communication and I was never made to feel like I was a pain (even when I probably was!) I wish you all the success you kept me sane in a very difficult time to buy and sell a home.
