Excellent knowledge and service.
I had dealings with Gilbert many years ago when I was first looking for a property to rent. Now as a homeowner and looking to add to my portfolio, I am please to say that using Gilbert again is a welcome relief. His professionalism and expertise is second to none compared to the various agents I had the unfortunate bad dealings with. Very rare to see an Estate Agent still with the same company, and Alex Neil is definately the best there is.

Finding a flat to rent
I was looking for a flat to rent in docklands as my friend has just moved into the area. I found Alex Neil to be very helpful with my search and actually knew what they were talking about, compared to some agents I've spoken to. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move into the docklands area.

Gets the job done

Good service, lots of advice
I have only met David at this branch but the services provided appears to be very professional, with details of each property I was interested quickly produced, in colour on quality paper for me to take away. Would definitely use this agent to buy.

Good impression, personable and has a lot of local knowledge.
We used to live in Woolwich and moved out of London over thirty years ago and feel like it is time to return to the capital. I came across Alex Neil while attending an event at the Docklands and met David Hatch. Although we have not decided exactly where to live and what size of property we can afford yet, David was very helpful and gave us a lot of information regarding house prices and about each of the areas Alex Neil specialises in, even though the area they cover is quite large. He also gave us advice on what we need to do to sell our own property when we are ready, such as how to obtain the energy rating (EPC). David came across as personable and very knowledgeable. You do need to allow a bit of time with David though, as he does talk a lot, but not too pushy. This is not as negative as it sounds, because as a "new" buyer, I need all the help I can get. Would I recommend David as an estate agent? For the limited time since I first met him, I think he can be trusted, as far as estate agents is concerned. David, please keep in touch and let us know when something that you think fits our requirements becomes available. By the way, I didn't score anything on Valuation achieved because I am not selling via Alex Neil, and I can only give an average score for Value for money as I have not bought a property yet, but hopefully, I can confirm they are good value as well when we eventually complete our purchase.

Honest and professional agent
Gilbert was very helpful finding me a property. He offered professional, honest and timely advice without being intrusive and made sure that all of our needs were accounted for. Being relatively new to London, he provided a variety of options and offered his knowledge of the different areas within London to offer me a great property for me and my flatmates.
