I can’t recommend KfH highly enough. They have let out and managed my flat very efficiently for many years. Colin Gillibrand in particular has been very helpful with organising the upgrade it needed this time, which has enabled it to be let despite the slowdown in the market. At one stage he even measured up for curtains, which was very helpful to me as I don’t live in London - in other words he has gone out of his way to be helpful. This together with his pleasant manner and good sense of humour has made what was a sometimes stressful process much easier to cope with. Christine Franco has also been very helpful in organising the resolution of various issues, such as repair of the garage door, and having the flat professionally cleaned. It is this level of support that is important, and KfH has all the right people on board to ensure that renting out one’s property is both successful and a very positive experience.
