I was fortunate to have met Harry, Rori & Fergus from the KFH Belsize Park Branch. They showed me around many potential flats; however when I saw the "one" in Camden I instantly knew that I could see myself making that my home. Remembering back it was extremely stressful and there were a few setbacks experienced at the time. But Fergus did help and support me through every step of the way by keeping me fully informed and by staying in contact. You have to understand that at the time clients are anxious, having to patiently wait for the decision to say everything is finalised and you can finally move in to your new home. So clients can become very persistent and telephone several times a day for updates. Fergus always answered my calls and if he wasn't available he would always get back to me ASAP. Fergus is an asset to KFH as he went beyond his duty to help and support me every step of the way. He made sure everything went smoothly and I was happy with the outcome. I honestly believe I was only able to make this my home because of Fergus help and support. Through experience I can say at KFH every client does matter regardless of status and this certainly shows from the onset as everyone is treated equally. I do hope everyone is as lucky as me in having had the pleasure of doing business with KFH. I further wish potential clients luck in moving home. As honestly it's the most stressful thing to have to go through in ones life. Although at the end when you put your feet up and take in your new surroundings you definitely think to yourself - what a wonderful world - yes it was all worth it.
