Fergus at KFH did an amazing job at shortlisting some properties for us to rent-at relatively short notice-all of which would have been suitable so listened to our requirements! He arranged a visit for my wife while we were visiting from Wales and again for me in the same evening we agreed to rent it immediately. Charmaine at KFH dealt with the move in documentation very efficiently, answered some questions really quickly. The service felt very personal. I can't fault it.
