Fergus Marla is the agent who showed us not only the property we thought we wanted to rent, but also the one we needed and didn't even know. When my wife and I have friends over, I still quote myself talking to him on that evening he first brought us into this flat on Eton Avenue: "What's the catch?" It was too good to be true. This is the best flat we have had in London since we moved here five years ago and that is thanks to Fergus. Excellent customer service!!

My husband and I recently leased a property from lettings negotiator Harry Blake and we were both very pleased with how he treated us, and of course we are thrilled with our new flat. Harry was patient in explaining the area to us as well as the rental system (we are not from the UK). We found him to be generous with his time. He showed particularly good diplomatic skills as he had to deal with multiple parties including the property developer, a managing agent and the reference agency. I would highly recommend Harry.

In my efforts to find a flat a few months ago, Randall at KFH was responsive, professional, and good to deal with. Although there was a miscommunication resulting in an unnecessary journey, the experience was a good one, and resulted in my finding a property.

Very happy with the professional service I received in renting my flat in NW3. The team at KFH were professional, efficient and super helpful in working with me to find the right tenant and then to deliver on all the administrative work that accompanies renting. I would recommend them highly and it's really helpful to have a great agent if you live outside of the UK.

The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is that they had some technical issues with their tenant portal that caused some minor delays. However, these technical issues are not a reflection on the quality of the estate agent we worked with, Randall. He did his absolute best to minimise the effect of these technical issues on our process. He was polite, always available when needed and it felt like he had our best intentions at heart. If you go with KFH, I'd highly recommend asking to work with him.

Juan was an excellent real estate agent who was always available to answer my questions and help with finding a solution that worked for me. He went above and beyond by proposing a 24-month tenancy with a breaking clause at 12 months, which was very much appreciated since all other agents I talked with were forcing me into a 24-months agreement. The house was delivered clean and the keys were well organized. However, the only downside was the furniture in the house was old and at times broken. Nevertheless, Juan was willing to help me speak with the landlord about replacing it. Overall, I would recommend Juan as a real estate agent. His professionalism, dedication, and helpful nature set him apart from others and made the process of finding a home much easier. I appreciate all that Juan did for me and am grateful for his assistance. I would rate my experience with the agency as 4 stars, due to the furniture issue, but I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I have worked with a number of agencies in the last 15 years, and KFH are by far the best. They are reliable, honest and have a great personal service. I live overseas and depend on them a great deal. Colin Gillibrand, in Lettings at the Belsize Park office, is fantastic. I would highly recommend him!
