Really positive experience with Samuel Miah at KF&H Belsize Park. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout, which made what can be quite a stressful process feel much smoother. I especially appreciated that he kept in touch, followed up when needed, and never made me feel under any pressure. He’s not only efficient at what he does, but also very personable and easy to deal with, which made a big difference. Colin and Randall are fantastic and helped us secure great tenants! From the start they gave an honest appraisal of our property, what it would achieve in the current market (and they delivered on the price) they were so helpful and efficient with the handover and changing of our new tenants, I would highly recommend them.

I was searching for a 2 bedroom property around Belsize Park, Sam was very helpful and took his time with showing me anything what was new coming up and not just booking me into anything. Unfortunately I couldn’t rent with him. But will definitely be renting with him on my next search!
