I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received from these guys, both on the lettings and sales side. I just sold my house, and the attention paid by Adam throughout was extraordinary. He helped to negotiate a good price. Most unusually, the buyer failed to complete as scheduled, and Adam was extremely helpful and communicative throughout, trying to work out what was happening in the chain. I had previously rented out the house for a couple of decades, dealing mostly with Colin on the lettings side. Again, extremely efficient, helpful service, with reliable guidance on market pricing, through ups and downs. As someone who doesn't naturally enjoy being a landlord, Colin and Adam have been extremely easy to deal with, and made that aspect of my life easier - and a very different experience from other estate agents
