We have had mixed feelings about our tenancy this year. We have had a few issues that needed repairing that took up to 2 weeks to be fixed, however this was due to the unresponsive landlord, not Vincent Shaw themselves. The agents were always very apologetic about the lateness of things being resolved, and we understand that they had to wait for confirmation from her before carrying out work for us. We are currently in the middle of a deposit dispute, in which the landlord has demanded a substantial amount for completely unfair reasons. Vincent Shaw have been very fair and understanding towards us and are doing what they can to work towards a fair deduction. Communication has always been very good, and we would like to add that Vincent Shaw no longer represents this particular landlord. Thank you to the agents who have understood that this deduction is unjust, and are doing everything they can to help us out, instead of just letting us pay it.
