We rented a property from RA&H for the last year and had a great experience from the start. Our property manager, James Travers, was excellent with promptly getting us settled in as well as responding to any maintenance requests we had (rare as the property was in great condition). I found the entire rental process to be very clear, transparent, and full of information and great communication. Highly recommend James! Upon leaving the property, I advise any future renters to ensure the property is returned to exact conditions as defined in the original inventory report. We had missed a few details when we moved out, but RA&H were extremely reasonable and fair, and we were able to address these points ourselves for a full deposit return. RA&H is a great agency that really sets high quality standards, which is very refreshing, and if we ever become landlords I’d hire them to manage our property in a second!
