I rarely write reviews, but we used this agency to look for an apartment and Sarah -the viewings consultant- was just amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and kind, showed us the place in detail, she was writing down everything that she thought the owners should take care of, or needs further discussion which we really appreciated. She cared to understand and help us figure out if the place is well suited for our family. We followed up with her and the team and they replied promptly all of our questions. We have seen a lot of agents during our house hunting but she was by far the best. Would totally recommend.

Anyone looking for a house to rent will know that the rental market is hideous at the moment! We had the added challenge of needing to relocate from one city to another so were unable to attend viewings easily and with an eight month old baby in tow it added a whole other set of challenges! We were so lucky to find Sarah Beedle at Martin & Co who really took her time to help us find a house suitable for our family. Other agencies weren't even taking prospective tenant's details but Sarah went above and beyond to help us. She would take time to call us and check in and remained wonderfully human throughout what can often be quite a cold and transactional process.

Matthew, Eleanor and Emma have been thoroughly professional, friendly and supportive in my journey of first letting and eventually selling my late parents property.
