I’ve been with many other estate agents in the past but never been so let down and unhappy. They are highly non-accommodative to any requests especially if you are tenant. They find ways to take huge deduction as they can from your deposit. Due to unforeseen reason I had to vacate the property in 6 months than my years contract. I was penalised heavily for it and was then told “there was no break clause on my contract”. TRICKED! BEWARE- they will trick you to make longer contracts. (Picture attached)
