Terrible all around.
Terrible all around. Two months notice for the tenant, which is highly unusual. They do viewings when the current tenant said it's not possible so during a viewing with a member of staff from Belvoir we walked into the current tenant having a shower. Many unannounced visits into the room I rented by work men, which is illegal. Had to pay for a video inventory which was of such poor quality you couldn't see wear and tear. They took a long time to give me my deposit back even after confirming I'd get it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
