Terrible all around.

Terrible all around. Two months' notice for tenants, which is highly unusual and impractical. They do viewings when the current tenant said it's not possible so during a viewing with a member of staff from Belvoir we walked into a current tenant having a shower. Many unannounced visits into the room I rented by work men, which is illegal. Had to pay for a video inventory that I didn't ask for and that showed none of the wear and tear to the room/carpets. They took a long time to give me back my deposit despite telling me I'd get it back as I left the place cleaner than I found it. The property was very noisy and in a very bad state and issues were rarely resolved. AVOID AT ALL COST.
