Maintenance issues were never resolved or only for a week for things to break again. Have had to do without lights in dark rooms of the property, without a functioning laundry machine etc. Slow to return deposit. People coming into the property unannounced/without notice (which is illegal) and leaving the property unlocked. People coming into the property even late at night! The inventory they make you pay for was terribly incomplete as none of the damage and wear and tear was visible/noted. Because I know these kinds of organisations, I took it upon myself to inform them in detail of the current state of the property. If I had not gone through that trouble I know they would have tried to keep a big part of my deposit or even the whole deposit. Note that after I moved out after a fairly short tenancy, they increased the rent for the next person with 10% Not sure in what universe they live but my income doesn't get a 10% increase year on year.
