They showed property to prospective tenants despite being told that time was not possible resulting in the agent showing me the bathroom when the current tenant was actually in the shower (I'd have called the police if this would have happened to me). Maintenance wasn't done at all or so poorly the issue needed attention again soon after. Property was noisy. Random men constantly walked through the property and came into the individual rooms (which surely is illegal when unannounced/not discussed). My room was left unlocked after they must've gone into my room in my absence. Slow to pay back deposit too. Was charged for useless video inventory. Record every bit of damage and wear and tear yourself when you move in and send them this documentation, otherwise they'll probably try to keep some of your deposit for damage that was there when you moved in. Long notice period if I remember well (2 months? Might also be illegal.). This was a few years ago but that's irrelevant if you are still running the same business.
