I'm a tenant,who rents with the Peterborough branch. I had problems with the Peterborough branch as they didn't answer my emails and when I called them, they promised they will call me back, but never did. I needed the code for the electricity and water meters room as I didn't give the electricity company an accurate reading and I didn't know the name of the water company. So I didn't pay the water bill for 3 months. Yesterday I received an email from Martha Szyszkowska,a senior Property Manager the Cambridge branch that stated that I didn't pay part of my rent. The Peterborough branch set up a higher rent than my contract stated. I sent Marta a copy of my contract and to my surprise she promptly responded to my email and did the proper changes. I asked her help with my meter readings and after 15 minutes, she contacted the Peterborough branch and I got the codes to the meter rooms. Marta was professional,efficient, kind and helpful. After 15 minutes the Peterborough branch sent me the codes after ignoring me for 3 months.She resolved in 15 minutes ,what I couldn't do in the last 3 months. I can't thank Marta enough for her help as I was continuously worried.
