Dan's services throughout our house sale were second to none. He went above and beyond every step of the way to keep us up to date with everything we needed to know and had our best interests in mind from start to finish. He was very flexible with conducting viewings for us, and always gave us a detailed breakdown of how they went so that we could make any adjustments needed to give us the best chance of selling. I'd highly recommend his services if you're looking to sell your home.

Dan has been responsive and knowledgeable during our whole house sale process. It was reassuring that when things were stressful, we could always count on Dan to reply or chase and it was never him that was holding up our (difficult) chain. Highly recommend!

As buyers we felt Dan was a brilliant estate agent. He really knew everything about the beautiful property we viewed. At the end of our viewing he took the time to talk us through any aspects of the property (covenants, building regs issues etc) that might otherwise have surprised us later on in the purchasing process. He was knowledgeable, helpful and transparent - everything you want in an agent! Highly recommended!
