We had a wonderful experience working with Dan on the sale of our house. He was always patient, friendly and reassuring, which made the whole process so much easier for us. Since English is not our first language, Dan made sure we understood every step clearly and knew exactly what to expect. He was always available for a call or message and we really felt listened to. Dan took the time to understand all the details about our property before showing it to potential buyers (something that not every agent does!) so he could confidently answer questions and present our home in the best way possible. We know this because he always gave us a debrief after each viewing, so we knew exactly how it went. We are so grateful for his support and professionalism. Highly recommended!
