Charlotte Hopwood was the estate agent dealing with the property I was purchasing and she was amazing, so incredibly on the ball with chasing both my solicitors and the seller's solicitors to make sure everything was moving ahead smoothly. She was absolutely lovely throughout with friendly communication keeping me up to date with goings ons, and so thorough with her approach that honestly I was able to be quite hands off through the whole process which let me focus on the documentation and planning for the move. Will def go through Charlotte if selling or buying another property if possible 👍
