We arranged to visit a local property with Matthew Green from Belvoir Estate and Letting Agents Bury St. Edmunds last week. Our initial telephone conversation reassured me that I was dealing with a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable member of the team. Matthew obviously had a good rapport with the seller and showed great courtesy as we visited her home. I had questions following our visit and Matthew immediately returned to the seller to get answers and called to update me. I had brought my son with me for this viewing and was hugely impressed by the way Matthew included him in our conversation and showed equal respect to him.
