Dear Max, I am sad to hear you were not pleased nor satisfied with the service received during your checkout. After reviewing the correspondence, I can see we tried our upmost to cause as little disruption for you and your family as possible, to which you were very accommodating, so thank you. As you will be aware, we are not the managing agent for this particular property, therefore the purpose of our visit was to be able to provide an up to date market valuation given the properties current condition and presentation as oppose to confirming the number of bedrooms and configuration to which we were already aware. Finally, to hear you felt threatened by a member of staff is incredibly alarming, and a serious accusation I will pursue. In no way shape or form is this something that should or will be tolerated.
