We recently wanted to let out a flat in the centre of Bury St Edmunds. Following very little interest with another letting agent, we found that Belvoir's approach and marketing campaign was a step-change - the property was well presented both narratively and visually and we found their approach quickly secured us a tenant. Of particular note, was Matthew Green, who led the marketing of the flat. We found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and on a couple of occasions, by prior arrangement, he come to our home to collect keys and other information, to ensure the letting process went smoothly, and given we both work full-time, saved us from having to visit the office. Overall, we would recommend Belvoir and the Bury St Edmunds team, and we will not hesitate to use them again.
