We made a booking on Saturday to see a property in Swadlincote on Monday. They didnt turn up to the viewing. When I called they didnt have keys to the property (why didn't they know this when I booked) and had written down my mobile and email incorrectly so couldn't let me know. I'm relocating from 2 hours away so hugely inconvient. Steer clear.
