Our tenancy agreement has just finished, we rented a property in Stoke from Nicholas Humphreys for just a little over a year and a half and I have to say I was so pleased with the way the team in Stoke handled all our problems at the house. Unfortunately, the peoperty we decided to rent wasn t in the best of conditions, but such is the market I suppose. We did have a few issues but there was nothing that the team in Stoke wouldn t do to help. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and everytime we had a problem they made sure it got solved as quick as possible. So professional, quick to respond and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone because we have rented from other agencies before, but Humphreys are by far the best we ever rented with. Becky is such an asset and I always prefered talking go her about any issues as she is so patient and professional.
