I am a landlord and I have been using Humphreys for about 8 years now. During this time I have always found they have a very professional approach to lettings. I have always been notified quickly of any problems or issues either with the tenants or the property. Administration has always been faultless and prompt. I have always found the staff members who I came in to contact with a pleasure to deal with. I was very ill two years ago and in my absence my properties were in their capable hands. I must thank my property manager Emma in particular, I have absolute confidence and trust in her and she is especially kind and patient with me when my memory lets me down.
