Nothing short of exceptional I liaised with Frost for the sale of a family member's property as they could not due to health reasons. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and empathy throughout the entire sale and purchase process. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed every step of the way. I can honestly say the entire Frost team were brilliant but I would like to mention Megan in particular who went above and beyond to support me in what was sometimes a stressful process, particularly with the time constraints of buying a new build property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Frost Partnership and would like to say thanks again for your excellent service.

We instructed The Frost Partnership in both the sale of our 'old' house and the purchase of our 'new' house because I had previously had a good professional relationship with the Partnership. Having just completed the sale of my late father’s house in Burnham I would like to thank David and Gill for their support throughout this process. The prompt, friendly and professional way they dealt with the sale from the moment I first made contact to completion was excellent. David inspired confidence and the advice he gave when preparing the house for sale and during negotiations was invaluable and very much appreciated. Based on this experience I would definitely go to them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

What a great service we received from these agents. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed throughout the process on selling our mother’s house. We live 100 miles from Taplow and they went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Megan, who was a superstar!

I have used several estate agents in the past and Frost is definitely the best one I've used so far. Wendy was very friendly, engaging and professional throughout the letting process.
