Being a first time landlord it can be a little daunting just complying with legal requirements and ensuring that you are proceeding correctly. I took sometime to try and find a really good estate agent to help me and met several. Out of those estate agents, I went with Wendy at Frosts in Burnham, Wendy really is a true professional and always went the extra mile with my questions and any help I needed. I don't write many reviews but Wendy you are a star and a big thanks for all your help you are a true credit to Frosts

We bought a property through Frost recently and experienced a 5 star service from David and his team. We wanted a reliable and trustworthy estate agent and this is exactly what Frost offered. The brochure was inviting and they scheduled my visit at the next available opportunity. The whole team at Frost acted professionally and we were impressed at their responsiveness.

We just sold our property with Frosts Chesham, the team there were great and helped with everything during the whole process. We received a great valuation of the property, a great offer price on the property and then the selling process was made very easy with lots of help from Jacqui chasing up with our solicitors. I could not recommend frosts more.

We purchased through Frosts some five years ago (2018), It was a well managed transaction. This year we sold my parents home through them. It reminded me what a professional outfit they are. Brilliant communicators, and very solid market knowledge on pricing etc. When I next need an Estate Agent, it will be Frosts (again)

After contacting Frost partnership to view a rental property with my partner, Wendy Taylor called back to offer different options to which she thought would be suitable as the property we had hoped to view was already rented out. Wendy was throughout the whole process, open, honest, and punctual. She helped settle any concerns we had and was always happy to call or respond to emails with quick response.
