Absolutely awful experience. The letting agency completely ignored our requests throughout the tenancy. The landlord refused to repair anything, and we were forced to live with a cracked window during freezing winter nights. The apartment was in terrible condition from the start, yet when it came time to move out, they found excuses to withhold part of our deposit. Instead of returning what we were rightfully owed, they used our money to pay for a “deep clean” for the next tenants. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and greedy. I would never recommend renting through this agency.
