From my very first interaction, Wendy the lettings manager has been very professional in all communications with me, resulting in a very smooth agreement of tenancy and then the move-in to my apartment. I reported a couple of minor snags after I moved in and again Wendy has been extremely helpful in getting them resolved. Highly recommend the team at Frosts.
