Excellent service

My wife and our sold our house in Burnham through Frosts in December 2017. We had lived in the immediate area for a few years and decided on Frosts due to their excellent reputation locally and we were not disappointed. Having had a bad experience some years earlier on moving into this area, we knew exactly what we wanted from an Estate Agency and were very specific with Mark and Andy at Frosts. They 'got it' immediately and went on to provide a really first class service to us over the 9 months or so it actually took to sell and move. Andy in particular went the extra mile, ensuring that we were regularly updated and that we had sufficient information about viewers in advance of visits. We had several acceptable offers during the period, before finding a very nice family who were fully committed and proceedable. Andy then ensured through his sheer dogged determination that he kept all parties focussed on completion, shepherding the solicitors and other agents to keep progress brisk, anticipating obstacles and providing advice on how to deal with them. Without his professionalism and attention to detail I am convinced we would still be waiting to complete. If you are looking to either sell or buy in the Burnham area, you'd be well advised to consider Frosts. They are a plain-speaking, no-nonsense business with a great work ethic, coupled with a healthy sense of humour that really took the pain out of the process for us. I would highly recommend them.
