As a first time property owner it can be really daunting to understand the process but Wendy couldn't have made it easier. Wendy was clear on every step required, going above and beyond as I was in the process of moving abroad so letting me know of additional requirements for letting out the property. She provides prompt follow ups so I'm always updated and I have full trust my property is being managed in the best hands. It is clear Wendy has years of experience and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a letting agent.
