We (FTB) got in touch with Abbi for a property purchase and she has been absolutely amazing. Throughout the process she guided us really well from from the start till the end and got traction whenever there was a slack from other parties. She was always ready to listen to our questions/queries. Eventually were able to complete the entire transaction in record time of 3 months. David was first over to value my Mums house and he was extremely professional and prompt in coming back, Megan carried everything through the viewings stage and again great especially keeping things calm on a viewing when the door lock broke, Abbi was amazing bringing everything through to completion and keeping me up to speed and our buyers onboard even though we had a sudden change from sale to probate and a 4 month delay , no hesitation in recommending it was excellent

Having had some serious issues trying to find somewhere to live in the area Wendy from Frost in Burnham was a lifesaver. She and the team have been absolutely fantastic, easy to contact, helpful and the service during the contract and post getting the keys has been 5 stars the whole time. Thank you Wendy!

David, Abbi and the team at Frosts in Burnham have been exceptional. The dealing with tenants to get viewings arranged, and then a buyer who was difficult to deal with. Regardless they have helped see the sale through to completion.

Very professional service. Sold and purchased a property through Frosts Burnham High St recently. Staff were so helpful nothing too much trouble. All viewings were negotiated in plenty of time and an effort was made to bunch them together whenever possible. I was a novice at both buying and selling and felt guided and supported throughout the whole process. Thank you everyone for your help and support especially David Jenkinson the manager who always came back to me with accurate and honest information. I know from friends that have been involved in house moves that it can be a stressful experience. I therefore appreciated so much the guidance of David and his ability to build a professional relationship of trust as my move was seamless.

The selling experience has been quite painful and frustrating but due to the expertise of David and his team, we have today reached a conclusion. The issues encountered were in no way due to David and I would have no hesitation in recommending him as an Agent to get the business done!
