We are extremely impressed with 'Frost partnership - Burnham' team and their responsiveness throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer our questions and kept us informed about every step of the way. "From start to finish, Abbi was incredibly communicative. So as Lilli and David. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Their attention to details and guidance were top notch. Our first purchase fell off almost after a wait of 3 months and we were really disappointed the way negotiation with Seller was handled by the agent for first property. Hence we could feel the difference and understand how important the role of an estate agent is during the process from viewing to completion.. Thank you team for your support to help us secure a home of our choice :)

Excellent team and transparent, most reliable and recommended. We had smooth transition and communication is great in the process. Specifically not to forget, Abbi was really helpful and supportive from first step to end. They recommended few providers required for the completion and very reliable.

I am writing this review about Leah Kandohla on behalf of my son George Haddadin as we could not get him an account to give Leah a very good review. Anyway,Leah is very conscientious,hard working lady,always there to help my son with rental statements by post and email,and other documents like Tenancy Agreement,Renters right,TDS and Guide. She is always polite and kind on the phone and in emails. Frost partner should be very proud of Leah as she is giving her firm a very good name. I wish her every success with her firm. I had a great experience working with Abbi at Frost for my recent property purchase. She was super proactive right from the start and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Her responses were always prompt, and she was really easy to talk to. What stood out most was how she regularly chased the seller’s side and their solicitors whenever things slowed down. That made a big difference and helped us stay on track. She and Frost Partnership made the whole experience a lot smoother than I expected. Really glad I had her support—would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a home.
