It was such a pleasure to have worked with The Frost Partnership, Chesham, whilst buying my first home. Grace and Jess were stars throughout the process, they always came across as pleasant and personable whilst remaining professional. Nothing was too much trouble (and I was a pain at times, as i went back to view so often!) I had a small hiccup after completion and Grace followed it through to the end to get a resolution. I cant recommend them highly enough, they made a really stressful process much easier to deal with. I would work with them again without hesitation.

Started renting with Frost recently and they are amazing! I was in a situation where I needed a property ASAP and every agent I was speaking to were so rude, never got back to me and extremely I unsympathetic of my situation. After a month of booking in viewings and then being cancelled on the day as there was always an offer, I thought I would never find a place. After a bad experience with Purple Bricks (lesson learned!) we turned to Frosts in desperation to sell our house in order for us to purchase the house we had already had an offer accepted on.
