I had a great experience working with Abbi at Frost for my recent property purchase. She was super proactive right from the start and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Her responses were always prompt, and she was really easy to talk to. What stood out most was how she regularly chased the seller’s side and their solicitors whenever things slowed down. That made a big difference and helped us stay on track. She and Frost Partnership made the whole experience a lot smoother than I expected. Really glad I had her support—would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Frost produced wonderful photos our our home and the sales team were fantastic at accommodating our young family with flexibility of viewings. Following the successful offer on the property, Abbi has been instrumental in the successful completion of our property. She has been exceptionally professional, diligent and friendly throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything has gone as smoothly as possible. David’s service was exceptional from start to finish. Working with him was easy and he was very responsive. Our property purchase wouldn’t have happened without all of his help to get it over the line - from chasing solicitors daily to dealing with negotiations in price to get everyone to a place they were happy, he really did go above and beyond.
