I had an amazing experience buying my first property, and that’s largely thanks to Denise from the Windsor branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She showed us the property multiple times without any hesitation and was always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. Her communication throughout the whole thing was excellent. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond, even outside of normal working hours. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. At one point, she even went as far as contacting a neighbour to help me find the gas meters at the new place - something that wasn’t really her responsibility, but she did it without hesitation. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all her help. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. I’d highly recommend her and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to buy a home.

There's a reason you see Frost Partnership boards all over Burnham. I cannot recommend David and Abbi enough. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. The team was professional, patient, deligent and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed. Their communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to my queries. They were honest from the start and did everything they could to help us. That's what really stood out for me. The team work so hard to sell your property. I cannot recommend this estate agents enough and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Our first purchase fell off almost after a wait of 3 months and we were really disappointed the way negotiation with Seller was handled by the agent for first property. Hence we could feel the difference and understand how important the role of an estate agent is during the process from viewing to completion..
