Swati the agent we were in contact with at Romans were extremely helpful and professional. She was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly as possible. She was very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and happy to go above and beyond in order to make sure we were put at ease with the process. My wife is very happy with our new flat even tho she wasn't sure in the beginning of the process!
