Will Baggs recommended the virtual tour which I was a bit sceptical about but this was a great recommendation as this provided the potential buyers with a detailed tour of the house without coming round which then lead to a physical viewing of the property. The property went up and after 2 viewings the house was sold. Fraiser provided sound advice and assisted with the sale of my property and kept regular contact.
