I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Romans estate agents office in Burnham that displayed an appalling lack of communication and updating. From start to finish, their unresponsiveness and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and highly dissatisfied . Please also be aware of the property showing chain Free is not so make sure you don’t waste time like us few months and we had to pull out !!!! Throughout the entire process, attempting to get a response from this estate agents office was like pulling teeth. Calls were left unanswered for days, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and confusion not to know what to expect because our buyers had to wait for months and they wanted to know what’s happening. Not only did they fail to respond in a timely manner, but even when they did, the information provided was often incomplete and misleading. I constantly had to chase them for updates on the progress of my property purchase what we had our offer accepted. The overall experience with Romans estate agents office was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their complete disregard for effective communication and updating left me feeling neglected as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a more reliable and responsive estate agents office.
