I've been renting for nearly 20 years, and my experience with Matt Friend at CJ Hole Burnham was easily the best I have had with a house move in all that time. Always there to answer queries, and flexible with our own arrangements. Everything was ready and sorted for us when we moved in, couldn't have asked for better, 5 Stars all the way.

Following the sudden death of my father, I was left to deal with the property. Matt from CJ Hole came to give a probate valuation. He was so professional, but warm and friendly and incredibly helpful. He offered to help provide links with services such as gardening ... but also was able to help me re-home my dad's much adored cat Belle. In stepped Helen, Branch Operations Manager. She even welcomed me to her home for a visit. The sale has been dogged by delays due to Covid-19 lockdown, mortgage offers expiring etc, but the team (Matt, Helen and Tom) have worked tirelessly and cheerfully to bring everything to completion. Highly recommended - sincere thanks to the Sales team at C J Hole, Burnham-on-Sea.

Very professional and helpful at every stage of my purchase , helped with putting me in contact with a very helpful mortgage broker who also went the extra mile to find the best deal for me and the product I wanted. Tom was very approachable and was able to act the middle man between me and the sellers and often went the extra mile and kept me updated throughout
