We have used CJ Hole twice and have had a brilliant experience on both occasions. Both times our property has sold on the first day of viewings as they invite people they believe would be interested - so all viewings are relevant prospective buyers. We found the office to be very responsive and only too pleased to help with anything we needed - and we were always able to get in touch which isn’t always the case for estate agents. Following the sudden death of my father, I was left to deal with the property. Matt from CJ Hole came to give a probate valuation. He was so professional, but warm and friendly and incredibly helpful. He offered to help provide links with services such as gardening ... but also was able to help me re-home my dad's much adored cat Belle. In stepped Helen, Branch Operations Manager. She even welcomed me to her home for a visit.
