Not great, communication was poor and at the start didn't do as promised but we were buying through them so had no choice. Never met anyone there until the day I came to collect the keys! We almost requested someone else handle the transaction but thankfully my agent went on holiday and his cover was brilliant - thanks Matt! Despite poor service we did get the sale completed in 8 weeks from initial offer which is one thing.

Staff can be rude at times and don't ever call back when they say they will.

For rentals - beyond shocking. Will never use again. Actual lost my contract, simple repairs take months, exceptionally rude office staff - Melissa is god awful. In 20 yrs renting have never be so badly and unprofessionally treated.
